Oaxaca occupies the fourth place in national production and on which more than 70 thousand people who dedicate themselves to cultivation depend. Our coffee is grown in the highlands of Chiapas, and in the Mixtec area of the southern highlands of Oaxaca. Currently, varieties such as: Mixture of typical Arabica, Arabica bourbon, and caracolillo are handled. It stands out for its floral aroma, full-bodied on the palate, bright sweet citric acidity with notes of cocoa and caramel.
